Founder Winston Shelton left GE in the late 60s because of his entrepreneurial spirit and a driving need to create something.  He designed a workhorse of a pressure fryer for a legendary restaurant operator, as well as the ability to franchise an entire system. He created a whole new class of cooking and holding equipment that others attempt to copy to this day.
