At a Glance

American-made kitchen and facility products carry a long tradition of craftsmanship and innovation. From strong supply chains to trusted service and compliance with U.S. standards, domestic manufacturers deliver dependable solutions that align with the needs of schools, hospitals, government facilities, and more.

This week, we’re proud to highlight a select group of brands with U.S.-based production, including Amana, XpressChef, T&S Brass, Metro, Cambro, Edlund, Advance Tabco, Dinex, True, American Panel, and Beverage Air.

Why This Week Matters

“Made in the USA Week” is a moment to pause and recognize the values of resilience, service, and commitment that American manufacturers embody. As we remember September 11th and honor those who have served, it feels especially fitting to spotlight companies that continue to produce right here at home.

Their work reflects not only technical excellence but also a spirit of dedication that resonates with the communities they serve.

The Value of American-Made

Choosing U.S.-made equipment can mean:

  • Quality and Durability: Many U.S. manufacturers maintain rigorous quality standards that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Domestic products are designed with U.S. codes and certifications (NSF, UL, Energy Star, etc.) in mind.
  • Service and Support: Local production often makes sourcing parts and scheduling service quicker.
  • Economic Impact: Every purchase supports American jobs, communities, and supply chains.

A Global Network of Quality

While this campaign shines a light on U.S.-based brands, we proudly represent a diverse portfolio of manufacturers worldwide. Many of our global partners also produce exceptional, innovative products that meet and exceed international and U.S. standards. Together, they give our customers the broadest range of solutions to fit the unique needs of each project.

Picture this: it's 1947, and T&S Brass is already thinking ahead, creating the first commercial pre-rinse unit when nobody else saw it coming. That forward-thinking spirit from their South Carolina facility has made them the go-to name in commercial plumbing for nearly eight decades.

T&S Faucets

They engineer everything with interchangeable parts and put it through rigorous testing, so when something does need attention, it's a quick fix, not a kitchen shutdown.

4. XpressChef

XpressChef is the high-speed oven line from ACP, Inc. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. ACP’s heritage goes back to Amana’s microwave innovations, including the first commercial microwave in 1969 and a high-speed combination oven in the 1980s. Today, ACP manufactures XpressChef, Amana Commercial, and Menumaster with U.S. production and support from Iowa.

6. True

From a single upright freezer in a St. Louis garage to one of America's most trusted names in commercial refrigeration, that's the True Refrigeration story in a nutshell. Founded in 1945, this Missouri company has stayed true to its roots in more ways than one: still family-owned, still manufacturing in Missouri, and still building the kind of quality and dependability that made them a household name in kitchens across the country. Sometimes the best innovations come from understanding exactly what works and never compromising on it.

7. Beverage Air

Beverage-Air made their mark in 1944 when they introduced the first horizontal forced-air cooler, a breakthrough that transformed commercial refrigeration. Founded in Pennsylvania and now headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, they've built their reputation on practical innovations that solve problems for foodservice and beverage operations. Eight decades later, that same forward-thinking approach continues to drive their American manufacturing heritage.

8. American Panel

Since 1963, American Panel has been a family-owned business operating right from their central Florida headquarters. They specialize in custom-engineered walk-in coolers, freezers, and blast chillers that prioritize energy efficiency without compromising on performance.

Based in Oklahoma as part of CFS Brands, Dinex has spent decades perfecting the science of meal delivery and tray systems for healthcare and institutional foodservice. Their insulated carts and retherm systems keep nutritious meals reaching patients and residents at the right temperature, every time.

10. Edlund

Edlund solved a problem every commercial kitchen had in 1925 when they invented the first commercial can opener in Burlington, Vermont. A century later, they're still calling Vermont home and still crafting the durable, U.S.-made tools that have become essential fixtures in professional kitchens worldwide.

11. Advance Tabco

Two brothers started Advance Tabco in New York back in 1929 with a simple vision: build stainless steel kitchen equipment that lasts. Four generations later, this family-owned company has grown that vision into a catalog of over 6,000 products with everything from sinks to worktables manufactured across multiple U.S. facilities.

The Partners Behind the Brands

This celebration of American-made brands wouldn't be possible without the representatives who help us tell that story. Partners like Zink, Gabriel Group, and Alliance play a vital role in connecting manufacturers with the kitchens and facilities that rely on them. They help ensure the value of these products is understood and accessible to the people who need them most.

Final Thoughts

We celebrate excellence in all its forms. Whether made in the U.S. or internationally, we partner with brands that share our values of quality, reliability, and customer service. This week, we’re proud to highlight American-made products. But every week, our mission remains the same: delivering trusted solutions that help our customers succeed.
