Kalamazoo, MI — November 26, 2025 — Aldevra has been awarded the 2025 Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award by the U.S. Department of Labor. This marks the fifth time Aldevra has earned this prestigious federal recognition (2020, 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025), underscoring the company’s long-standing commitment to recruiting, employing, and retaining America’s veterans.
The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is the only federal award recognizing exceptional achievement in veteran employment. Established under the Honoring Investments in Recruiting and Employing American Military Veterans (HIRE Vets) Act of 2017, the program is administered by the Department of Labor’s Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS).
In 2025, 888 companies nationwide received the HIRE Vets Medallion Award. Of those, 387 were small businesses, placing Aldevra among a select group of employers demonstrating exemplary veteran-focused workforce practices.
