DAILY (REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION COMPLIANCE)

☐ Remove and clean scrap trays
☐ Empty and clean strainers
☐ Inspect and rinse spray arms
☐ Check wash & rinse arm rotation
☐ Verify final rinse temperature (HEAT systems)
☐ Verify sanitizer ppm (CHEMICAL systems)
☐ Inspect drain flow (no standing water)
☐ Drain and clean wash tank
☐ Wipe interior walls and curtains
☐ Leave doors open overnight
☐ Record temps / ppm in log

WEEKLY

☐ Remove and fully soak spray arms
☐ Inspect chemical tubing & injectors
☐ Inspect floor drains & trench drains
☐ Inspect door gaskets
☐ Inspect rack condition
☐ Inspect hood steam & grease buildup
☐ Flush pre-rinse assembly

MONTHLY

☐ Delime machine interior
☐ Inspect booster heater for scale
☐ Inspect heating elements (visual)
☐ Check water softener salt level
☐ Inspect pressure regulating valve
☐ Inspect carbon filters / RO pre-filters
☐ Inspect pulper discharge lines
☐ Review chemical service report

ANNUAL (CERTIFIED SERVICE REQUIRED)

☐ Electrical inspection
☐ Motor inspection
☐ Pump inspection
☐ Control board inspection
☐ Flow meter testing
☐ Pressure & temperature calibration
☐ Full scale inspection
☐ Warranty compliance check
